Stuck Pixel
I recently bought a nice 22" LG Flatron monitor. It had a single stuck pixel that was always on red. I was shocked to find that the following howto actually fixed the problem (the 'pressure method' worked for me).
Of course, that was the first entry in Google, so you probably already found it.
